Job Responsibilities:

 
  • Creating promotional materials for newsletters/ promotional emails/ articles/ Social Media banners/ Simple graphics etc. using online tools such as Canva, Convertkit, Mailerlite etc.
  • Online marketing event management  and Foreign client coordination (late evening or early morning in SL time). 
  • Being responsible for working/helping teams to ensure each team they meet their partner goals 
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to establish mutually beneficial relationships that drive business growth.
  • Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, maintaining strong relationships and fostering ongoing collaboration.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities for partnerships.
  • Conduct Partner meetings and close deals for events or other collaborations.
 

Expected Qualifications & Skills:

 
  • Experience in planning and executing digital marketing programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with influencers and industry professionals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify partnership opportunities and develop creative solutions to achieve business objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and analyze partnership performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop and consistently use processes
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality work



 

Work Hours & Expectations:

Since we are a 100% virtual company, you have the ability to create a work schedule that is flexible for you (Conditions apply*).

However, keep in mind that since we deal with U.S clients, you are expected to work for a minimum of 3 hours at night (this is non-negotiable).

*Note: Working 8 hours a day is a must.

You will be required to work additional hours based on requirements (if needed only.)

You will be expected to be 100% committed to completing your work according to the given deadlines.
