Senior Associate: AI Product Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on AI product builder who thrives in early-stage execution and rapid experimentation. In this role, you will personally research, design, and build AI-powered product prototypes based on pre-defined ideas, taking them from concept to working implementation.
Your success will be defined by your ability to deliver a functional AI prototype, iterate quickly based on learning, and move fast in ambiguous environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and build AI-powered product prototypes across the Ekwa AI Labs portfolio, from idea to working implementation, owning technical and product execution end-to-end.
- Rapidly experiment, iterate, and improve prototypes based on internal testing and defined success criteria.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed.
- Support founding and early client testing phases by refining product functionality, fixing issues, and improving usability.
- Track learning velocity, prototype performance, and iteration outcomes to inform next steps and product decisions.
- Document technical decisions, experiments, and learnings clearly to support future product development and scaling.
- Research industry trends (dental, aesthetics, and broader healthcare) and integrate AI innovation best practices.
Expected Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in software development, AI-enabled product development, or technical product roles.
- Proven ability to develop and launch working software or AI-powered tools (professional, academic, or personal projects).
- Experience working on AI-enabled products or a strong conceptual understanding of AI with evidence of hands-on application.
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to move from idea to prototype without heavy supervision.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, incomplete requirements, and fast iteration cycles.
- Ability to break down product ideas into buildable components and engineer practical solutions.
- Strong internal communication skills for collaborating with team members.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred (Equivalent practical experience, strong project work, or demonstrable hands-on capability will be considered).
Work Hours & Expectations:
- Since BizyCorp serves International Clients, the role requires flexibility within a specific time frame.
- Work Schedule Commitment: Since we are 100% virtual, we can create a flexible work schedule for 4 hours during the day and 4 hours at night.
- Note: Working 8 hours a day is a must. (The schedule is to be decided based on the requirements of the role and the company policies)
- You must work additional hours based on requirements (if needed only.)
- This schedule may require adjusting your daily routine, so consider your comfort with late-night work.
