Job Responsibilities
  • Create, edit, and optimize content using AI tools for blogs, websites, landing pages, social media, and email campaigns — maintaining brand voice across multiple brands
  • Research industry topics, target audiences, and competitors to produce original, audience-focused content, including repurposing podcast and event transcripts into blogs, guides, social carousels, and newsletters
  • Train AI models, refine prompts, and manage content automation workflows to drive efficiency and quality
  • Write SEO-friendly content that boosts search visibility, engagement, and overall digital marketing performance
  • Proofread and edit for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and subject matter experts (coaches, consultants, practice advisors) to align content with campaign goals and deadlines
  • Manage content calendars and revisions while continuously improving quality, tone, and consistency
 
Qualifications & Skills
  • Excellent command of English with strong grammar and writing skills
  • Proven experience in content writing for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns
  • Skilled in using AI tools to generate and humanize content efficiently
  • Solid understanding of SEO writing, keyword optimization, and content marketing best practices
  • Strong research skills, especially within professional services (dental, medical aesthetics, veterinary, legal)
  • Ability to adapt tone and style across brands and audiences
  • Strong proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Hands-on experience with social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Working knowledge of Zoom, G-Suite, Canva, and project management tools
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience in content writing or digital marketing preferred


Weekly Goals​​​

  • Generate minimum 10–15 blogs or content pieces weekly (minimum 600 words each) with the help of AI.
  • Ensure content contributes to a 10% increase in website traffic per quarter.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and quality standards across all published content.
