Job Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy & Planning 
    1. With the help of the marketing team manager, develop and execute the overall podcast strategy in line with marketing goals.
  2. Content Creation & Management
    1. Oversee the development of engaging, high-quality podcast episodes.
    2. Plan content calendars and episode structures, ensuring consistency.
    3. Collaborate with hosts, guests, and subject matter experts for valuable discussions.
  3. Podcast Production Oversight
    1. Manage podcast recording, editing (With the help of the internal video team), and post-production processes.
    2. Ensure episodes meet quality standards and brand voice guidelines.
  4. Distribution & Promotion
    1. Optimize podcast distribution across platforms (Product websites, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and more)
    2. Coordinate with the marketing team manager for email campaigns and social media promotions.
  5. Audience Engagement & Growth
    1. Analyze audience feedback and engagement metrics to refine content.
  6. Guest & Partnership Management
    1. Identify and invite relevant guests to enhance content quality.
    2. Manage outreach, scheduling, and relationship-building with industry experts.
  7. Analytics & Reporting
    1. Track performance metrics such as downloads, retention rates, and listener demographics
  8. Goals achievement
    1. Achieve internal goals set for podcasts, such as promoting and getting direct meetings booked by the audience with the Ekwa sales team.

Work Hours & Expectations:

Since we are a 100% virtual company, you can create a flexible work schedule for you (Conditions apply*).

However, remember that since we deal with U.S. clients, you need to work at least 3 hours at night (this is non-negotiable).

*Note: Working 8 hours a day is a must.

You must work additional hours based on requirements (if needed only.)

You must be 100% committed to completing your work according to the given deadlines.
