We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Reputation Management Associate to manage and enhance the online presence of our international healthcare clients. This role focuses on optimizing client profiles, monitoring reviews, implementing reputation-building strategies, and maintaining positive digital interactions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while adhering to best practices in online reputation management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary Coordinator for Online Reputation Services: Serve as the primary coordinator for all online reputation management tasks for assigned client accounts.
     
  • Profile Creation & Management: Establish and manage client profiles on platforms such as Google, Yelp, Healthgrades, and other relevant review sites.
     
  • Reputation Optimization: Ensure all client profiles are optimized for maximum visibility, accuracy, and positive reputation. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client online presence.
     
  • Review Monitoring & Response: Monitor incoming reviews and feedback, drafting appropriate, professional responses to maintain a positive online reputation.
     
  • Client Account Management Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between client account managers and internal backend teams for all reputation management–related tasks, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with client objectives.
     
  • Review Generation Strategy: Develop strategies to encourage clients to obtain fresh, positive reviews regularly, such as feedback solicitation or customer engagement campaigns.
     
  • Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze metrics to evaluate clients’ online reputation, provide actionable insights, and recommend improvements.
     
  • Client Engagement & Meetings: Attend and actively participate in voice and video meetings (Zoom/VOIP) with international clients, often during EST time zones, to discuss strategies, address concerns, and provide updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience managing social media or online profiles.
  • Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Strong computer literacy, including experience with Skype, Zoom, and G Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a high-demand, fast-paced work environment.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new software or tools.


Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Prior experience in a marketing or reputation management role.
  • Experience creating graphics using web-based platforms like Canva.


Work Hours and Requirements:

  • Daily Work: 8 hours per day, with at least 3 hours worked at night (6:30 PM – 12:00 AM).
  • Flexibility to work extra hours or weekends as required for high-priority tasks or events.
  • Maintain respectful communication with colleagues, managers, and clients.
  • Adherence to company policies, confidentiality guidelines, and employment contract provisions.
  • Home workspace must be quiet, distraction-free, with reliable internet and necessary hardware/software.
