The Marketing Executive will lead and execute digital marketing campaigns, events, and podcast promotions to drive lead generation and brand engagement. This includes managing webinars, panels, and virtual sessions, creating promotional materials, and collaborating across teams to ensure consistent and impactful marketing delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage virtual marketing events and podcasts (guest outreach, promotion, follow-up).

  • Run digital campaigns to generate and nurture leads.

  • Design and manage marketing assets (banners, emails, landing pages) using tools like Canva, ConvertKit, and Stripo.

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution and reporting.

  • Repurpose content into engaging posts, newsletters, and clips.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners for brand growth.

  • Track metrics and optimize campaign performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 3–5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.

  • Expertise in event marketing, podcast promotion, and lead generation.

  • Skilled in email marketing and paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).

  • Strong communication, creativity, and analytical abilities.

  • Proficient in Canva, ConvertKit, Stripo, Google Workspace, and Zoom.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects independently.

  • Experience mentoring junior marketers is a plus.
