The Project Management Associate will support the PM Team by conducting structured research, feasibility assessments, and end-to-end project coordination. We extend a warm invitation to all eligible candidates to apply for this wonderful opportunity to work from home for a legitimate company in Sri Lanka. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured research and feasibility assessments for all projects related to the PM Team.
  • Evaluate projects following standard workflows and processes.
  • Document feasibility outcomes with scoring, rationale, risks, and recommendations.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, pilot testing, launch, and optimization.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation (SOPs, FAQs, feasibility reports, templates).
  • Support pilot launches by coordinating with internal teams, tracking KPIs, and documenting results.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, optimization, and reporting on assigned projects.
  • Support team enablement through updating knowledge base, dashboards, and internal reporting.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team workflows, tools, and processes.


Expected Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in research or project coordination/support.
  • Background in service industries (marketing, healthcare, or SaaS).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, client success, or service delivery teams.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to produce clear, structured documentation (reports, SOPs, FAQs, project templates).
  • Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools (ClickUp preferred).
  • Background in project management, operations, customer success, or related field.
  • Experience in research projects or customer success enablement will be an advantage.

Work Hours & Expectations

  • Since BizyCorp / Ekwa Marketing serves US clients, the role requires flexibility within a specific time frame:
  • Work Schedule Commitment:  Since we deal primarily with U.S clients, you are expected to schedule for 4 hours during the day and 4 hours at night.
  • Note:  Working 8 hours a day is a must. (The schedule is to be decided based on the requirements of the role and the company policies.)
  • You must work additional hours based on requirements (if needed only).
  • This schedule may require adjusting your daily routine, so consider your comfort with late-night or early-morning work.
