This is not a routine execution role. This is a build from scratch role where you will audit, fix, and improve our email setup end to end. If you enjoy ownership and building systems that last, this role is a strong fit.

Job Responsibilities:

Email deliverability, sender reputation, and inbox placement
SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-ups, and sending practices
Email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns and automations
Contact lists — segmentation, suppression, hygiene, and ethical growth
Event communication: registrations, reminders, follow-ups, replay campaigns
SOPs and rules for how teams use email, SMS, and WhatsApp
Weekly reports on opens, clicks, conversions, and other KPIs
Testing subject lines, timing, CTAs — and recommending improvements

Expected Qualifications & Skills:

2–3+ years of experience in email, SMS, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and deliverability
Working knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain reputation, and warm-up
Experience running SMS campaigns; WhatsApp marketing is a plus
Strong automation, segmentation, and customer journey experience
Comfortable building systems and processes from scratch
Strong communication and organizational skills

Multi-brand or multi-domain experience
Google Postmaster and deliverability monitoring
Webinar and event marketing
WhatsApp Business Platform
Basic HTML email knowledge

Since we deal with U.S clients, you are expected to work 5 hours during the day and 3 hours at night (this is non-negotiable).
