Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative meetings
Lead and mentor Client Success Associates
Monitor KPIs, anticipate challenges, and provide strategic guidance
Conduct client meetings with professionalism and actionable outcomes
Standardize processes, ensure documentation accuracy, and improve retention
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years in client success, account management, or consulting (healthcare/dental a plus)
Proven success in client retention and engagement
Experience supervising or mentoring team members
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Hours & Expectations
Since BizyCorp / Ekwa Marketing serves US clients, the role requires flexibility within a specific time frame:
Since we deal primarily with U.S clients, you are required to complete 2 hours during the day, between 6.00 am and 5.30 pm, and the remaining 6 hours between 6.00 pm and 5.30 am. (You may freely allocate your work hours within this time frame)
Note: Working 8 hours a day is a must. (The schedule is to be decided based on the requirements of the role and the company policies)
You must work additional hours based on requirements (if needed only).
This schedule may require adjusting your daily routine, so consider your comfort with late-night or early-morning work.
